The Board of Directors of Vedanta Limited on March 23, 2026, has considered and approved the Third Interim dividend of ₹11 per equity share on face value of ₹1 per equity share for the Financial Year 2025–26, amounting to approximately ₹4,300 crore.
The record date for the purpose of payment of the dividend shall be Saturday, March 28, 2026, and the interim dividend shall be duly paid within the stipulated timelines.
