₹500 Crore Investment Plan Approved by BHEL
Apart from financial results, BHEL has also come up with plans of expanding its manufacturing facilities.
The company’s board has approved the plan of investing ₹500 crore in building facilities for manufacture of thermal and nuclear power equipment at its Heavy Equipment Plant in Haridwar.
This will add to the manufacturing strength of BHEL in the power segment.
Changes in Operations of the Company
Moreover, the board of BHEL has also approved the establishment of Electrical Machines Repair Plant in Mumbai.
This plant will be amalgamated with the Electronics Division of BHEL in Bengaluru. The process will commence on November 1, 2026.
What Does It Mean for Investors?
The high earnings growth, increased revenue, and investment of BHEL show its business and growth outlook.
But investors must also think about order flow, execution of projects, cost, and general market conditions before investing.
Positive performance in the quarter can boost confidence in the investor’s mind, but it does not assure the increase in the stock price.
