Balmer Lawrie Investments declares ₹2.03 interim dividend for FY26

Pune, 16 March 2026

Balmer Lawrie Investments Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise, said in an exchange filing that the Board of Directors of the Company declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.03 (Rupees Two and Paise Three only) per Equity Share of Re. 1 each on 22,19,72,690 equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.

The Board of Directors at the said meeting has fixed Friday, 20th March, 2026 (eod) as the record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said interim dividend.
