Honeywell declares $1.19 quarterly dividend, sets June 5 payout date

Pune, 29 April 2026

Honeywell announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of $1.19 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 5, 2026, out of surplus to holders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2026.
