HCLTech has appointed Arjun A Sethi as its Chief Growth Officer for strategic segments, focusing on government and global private equity businesses.
An IIM alumnus, Sethi joined HCLTech after a stint of 2.5 decades at consulting firm Kearney, where he served as senior partner and vice chair of digital transformation, the company said in an exchange filing. According to the company, Sethi will directly report to CEO of HCLTech, C Vijayakumar.
Based in New York, Sethi will leverage his industry experience to bring HCLTech’s engineering-led technology portfolio, digital services and differentiated GenAI solutions to these high-growth segments, the company said.

Sethi joined HCLTech after a 25-year career at Kearney, where he served as Senior Partner and Vice Chair of Digital Transformation. His extensive international experience spans the Americas, Middle East, and APAC across government and PE, as well as financial services.
