Cognizant has been named one of the World’s Best Employers by Forbes, for the third consecutive year. This prestigious award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

The World’s Best Employers were chosen through an independent survey covering a broad sample of more than 300,000 participants from 50 countries. Respondents worldwide rated their “willingness to recommend” their employer on a 1-to-10 scale and had the opportunity to evaluate their organization across multiple aspects of employment. They were also able to provide feedback on former employers. Additionally, participants could share their public perception of other companies operating within their country and industry.

“Cognizant is proud to be recognized by Forbes as a World’s Best Employer for the third consecutive year,” said Kathy Diaz, Chief People Officer, Cognizant. “This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of our global team and reflects our commitment to being an employer of choice. Our people are foundational to our growth and innovation and we remain focused on supporting our employees, delivering exceptional value to our clients, and making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.”
