Gujarat Kidney & Super Speciality Hospital has announced the price band for its initial public offering at ₹108–₹114 per equity share, with the issue set to open for subscription on December 22 and close on December 24, 2025.

For retail investors, the minimum application size is one lot, requiring an investment of ₹14,592 at the upper end of the price band. The company plans to use the IPO proceeds to support expansion initiatives, strengthen healthcare infrastructure and meet general corporate purposes.
