The allotment of shares for the Moneyview IPO is scheduled to be concluded on Tuesday, September 29. Investors can verify their allotment details on the websites of NSE, BSE, and MUFG Intime India.
The Moneyview IPO has seen an overwhelmingly positive response from the investing public. The issue got subscribed 98.46 times which indicates that the investors applied for many more shares than were offered by the company.

- Subscriptions for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 115.41 times

The Moneyview IPO had an issue size of ₹1,091.68 crore and comprised of:
- Fresh Issue: ₹750 crore
- Offer for Sale (OFS): ₹341.68 crore
Moneyview aims to deploy the proceeds from the fresh issue in its business. ₹325 crore would be deployed for financing its lending business while ₹250 crore would be raised for increasing the capital of its NBFC subsidiary. The rest of the proceeds would be deployed in general business purposes.
Moneyview was incorporated in 2014 and is a fintech company offering various financial services via its mobile platform.
The company initially operated by lending money through personal loans. It is now offering other facilities, which include:
