NTT DATA announced a global partnership with Google Cloud to accelerate AI-powered cloud innovations for enterprise organizations across industries.
The collaboration combines NTT DATA’s expertise in AI, cloud-native modernization and data engineering with Google Cloud’s advanced analytics, AI and cloud technologies to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
With a focus on co-innovation, the partnership will drive industry-specific cloud and AI solutions, leveraging NTT DATA’s frameworks and Google Cloud’s capabilities. Joint go-to-market investments will support adoption across key markets.
According to Gartner®, worldwide end-user spending on public cloud services is forecast to reach $723 billion in 2025, up from $595.7 billion in 2024.

Driving AI innovation across industries
NTT DATA will leverage Google Cloud technology to develop industry-specific AI and cloud solutions for banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, life sciences and the public sector.
Examples include Regla for financial services to support regulatory compliance and Virtual Travel Concierge in hospitality for 24×7 multilingual support, itinerary planning and intelligent recommendations using Google’s Gemini models.
Key focus areas:
- Industry-specific agentic AI solutions using Google Agentspace, Gemini models and modernized data platforms.
- AI-driven cloud modernization with Google Distributed Cloud for secure, scalable modernization.
- Application and security modernization including mainframe, DevOps, observability, API management and SAP on Google Cloud.
- Sovereign cloud innovation via Google Distributed Cloud for air-gapped and connected deployments.
- Google Distributed Cloud sandbox for building and testing deployments with preconfigured templates.
NTT DATA will support these through advisory, implementation, hosting and managed services. Takumi, NTT DATA’s GenAI framework, integrates with Google Cloud’s AI stack for rapid prototyping and enterprise deployment. The initiative expands NTT DATA’s Smart AI Agent Ecosystem to help clients deploy responsible, business-driven AI at scale.
