The Indian primary market is going to be active this week as 19 companies are set to come out with their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). The IPOs would include companies from various sectors like tiles, steel, education, IT services, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
Some of the key IPOs set to commence in the Indian market this week would be Varmora Granito, Adroit Industries, Elevate Campuses, Swastika Infra, ArMee Infotech, and A-One Steels India. Various other small and medium-sized companies would launch their IPOs through the SME platform.
Varmora Granito IPO
Varmora Granito, a tiles manufacturing company and producer of bathroom products, is going to open its IPO worth ₹708.02 crore on September 22. The issue will close on September 24. The price for the same has been fixed at ₹140-148 per share.
Part of the amount would be utilized by the company in repaying debt as well as loans acquired by the subsidiaries of the company. The balance amount will be utilized for business requirements. Minimum application for investors would be 101 shares.
Adroit Industries IPO
The Adroit Industries will float an IPO worth ₹150.71 crore starting from September 23 to September 25. The company’s IPO price band is ₹126 to ₹134.
The company designs and manufactures propeller shafts and other mechanical components that find their application in vehicle drivelines. The purpose behind the IPO will be the purchase of machinery, vehicles and investment in its subsidiary. The minimum application size is 111 shares.
Elevate Campuses IPO
The education infrastructure company named Elevate Campuses is planning to raise up to ₹2,100 crore through its IPO. The IPO will commence from September 23 to September 25. The IPO price band is ₹343 to ₹362.
The main purpose behind the issuance will be the acquisition of schools and education campuses, repayment of debt and further growth of business.
Swastika Infra IPO
Swastika Infra is going to raise an IPO worth ₹160.88 crore from September 23 to September 25. The price range is ₹175 to ₹185 per share.
The company is mainly planning to use the funds for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. At least 81 shares have to be applied for by retail investors.
ArMee Infotech IPO
The initial public offering (IPO) of ArMee Infotech will enable it to collect ₹300 crore through a fresh issuance. The IPO will run between September 23 and September 25, with a price range of ₹350-₹375.
The proceeds from the IPO will help the company to develop new projects for the government and PSU (Public Sector Undertaking), working capital, debt redemption and other business requirements.
A-One Steels IPO
A-One Steels India aims to raise funds amounting to ₹405 crore. The IPO will be launched on September 24 and will end on September 28. The stock price range per unit will be between ₹385 and ₹405.
The company will deploy the proceeds primarily for debt redemption and general corporate purposes.
