DroneAcharya Aerial Innovations Ltd., a prominent drone company in India, has expanded its global footprint by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with American Blast Systems (ABS) Inc. This partnership aims to introduce advanced ‘Made in India’ drone technology to the American, European, and UK markets. ABS will manufacture these drones locally in the U.S. to enhance sales and streamline distribution.

The collaboration marks a significant milestone in DroneAcharya’s mission to provide Enterprise, Industrial, and Defence drone solutions across key regions, including North and South America and Europe. The MoU was signed on October 02, 2024, by Prateek Srivastava, Founder and Managing Director of DroneAcharya, and Donald Culver, Chairman of ABS.

Expanding Global Market Reach

The partnership comes at a time when the U.S. commercial drone market is experiencing unprecedented growth. The market, valued at USD 6.39 billion in 2024, is projected to reach USD 14.11 billion by 2033, growing at a CAGR of 9.2%. With 77% of the market share held by the commercial segment in 2023, there is ample opportunity for DroneAcharya and ABS to capture a significant portion of this rapidly growing market.

Additionally, the Public Safety Drone Market, valued at USD 1.1 billion in 2023, is projected to grow to USD 2.0 billion by 2028, with a CAGR of 13.0%. This opens up new opportunities for the development of defense-grade drones and Anti-Drone solutions tailored for law enforcement, military, and security applications.

Cutting-Edge Drone Solutions for Multiple Sectors

DroneAcharya and ABS will offer a diverse range of drone solutions, including hardware, software, and services for sectors such as defence, law & order, agriculture, logistics, retail, and various industries. The drones will be co-designed, co-developed, and manufactured in Los Angeles, certified by local authorities, and branded as Made in America. These drones will feature innovative capabilities, enabling superior performance for border security, surveillance, counterinsurgency, and logistics.

Strategic Benefits and Future Prospects

By tapping into the matured U.S. market and the rapidly evolving European market, DroneAcharya aims to establish itself as a leading drone manufacturer and service provider on a global scale. With ABS’ expertise in law enforcement and military safety products, the partnership is well-positioned to capture the rising demand for secure, high-performance drone systems.

Prateek Srivastava, Founder & Managing Director of DroneAcharya, stated, “This partnership will open a large overseas market for DroneAcharya’s drone hardware and services. We see tremendous potential in this collaboration as it positions India at the forefront of the global drone industry. Our goal is to deliver cutting-edge, India-made drone technology that ensures secure data transmission and complete data privacy.”

Donald Culver, Chairman of ABS, added, “India has long been a trusted partner for high-quality services. With DroneAcharya, we see the potential to leverage drone technology across defence, law enforcement, and industrial sectors.”
This partnership signifies a pivotal step in DroneAcharya and ABS’ journey to redefine drone technology and security solutions across three continents, making them key players in the rapidly growing global drone industry.
