TAC InfoSec Limited reported that, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), it has formally disclosed that its subsidiary, Cyberscope Web3 Security Inc., has reserved the ticker symbol “CYSC” with Nasdaq.
This represents an important strategic milestone as TAC InfoSec continues to expand its global presence across cybersecurity and the fast-evolving Web3 security landscape. The reservation of a ticker symbol is an early and procedural step in the proposed listing process and does not amount to an exchange approval. The Company will provide further updates as it advances through the requisite regulatory and Nasdaq review procedures.
