Shares of Bharat Dynamics Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company announced that it has received fresh orders worth approximately ₹1,347.71 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).
The orders include Helina Launchers and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) worth ₹1,109.37 crore, along with CMDS LRUs valued at ₹238.34 crore. The total contract value stands at ₹1,347.71 crore on a gross basis,according to a regulatory filing.
The company said that the orders have been awarded by HAL and will be executed over a period of 24 to 60 months.
The latest order win strengthens Bharat Dynamics’ order book and reinforces its position in India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem. Investors will closely monitor the stock as the sizeable contract is expected to provide long-term revenue visibility and support future growth prospects.
With the Indian government’s continued focus on defence indigenisation and military modernization, defence stocks have remained a key area of interest for market participants. Bharat Dynamics, a major supplier of missile systems and defence equipment, could see increased investor attention following this development.
Bharat Dynamics shares opened today at ₹1,385 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,432, while hitting a low of ₹1,367.10. The company commands a market capitalization of ₹50.81 crore, trades at a P/E ratio of 120.87, and remains below its 52-week high of ₹2,013.50 but above its 52-week low of ₹1,086.00.
