Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. announced a long-term partnership with US-based Bandak Aviation Inc. to support aerial refuelling systems for the Indian Armed Forces. The agreement will involve supplying and supporting Northstar’s air-to-air refuelling systems and developing facility and depot-level capabilities in India. The 10-year deal provides visibility for collaboration in a specialized defence segment. Paras Defence clarified that it does not hold any stake in Northstar, and the agreement is not a related party transaction.
