The Indian primary market is expected to see hectic activity this week, with IPOs from several companies getting listed this week. The list of IPOs comprises main board offerings by Horizon Industrial Parks, Lalithaa Jewellery Mart, Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, and Tempsens Instruments (India). There will also be SME IPOs by Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds and Mopshop Distribution.
Other than that, shares from some other companies are also expected to get listed in the coming days. They include Molbio Diagnostics, Dhoot Transmission, Milky Mist Dairy Food, Behari Lal Engineering, Shiprocket, Sham Foam, Q&T Foods, Pramodini Medicare, Credent Connect, Skytech Infinite Platform, Technocrats Plasma Systems, and ENS Enterprises.
Horizon Industrial Parks IPO
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks is set to launch its ₹2,600 crore IPO from August 17 to August 19. The offering comprises a pure fresh issue of 43.34 crore shares, with no offer-for-sale aspect.
The company is planning to utilise ₹2,250 crore out of the funds raised to settle down its borrowings. The remaining amount would be spent on general corporate purposes. The price range has been fixed at ₹57 to ₹60 per share, and each lot would contain 250 shares.
Horizon Industrial Parks is engaged in the development and management of industrial and logistics real estate properties. The firm owns a property portfolio of around 60 million sq. ft. of 46 properties in 10 cities.
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO
Lalithaa Jewellery Mart’s IPO will be available for subscription from August 17 to August 19, 2014. The price range of IPO has been fixed at ₹190 to ₹201 per share.
The IPO, worth ₹1,700 crore, comprises ₹1,200 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of ₹500 crore by the promoter M Kiran Kumar Jain. The IPO proceeds would be used for opening new retail outlets and for general corporate purposes.
At least 74 shares should be applied for by retail investors. The company deals in gold, silver and diamond jewellery.
IPO of Shankesh Jewellers
Shankesh Jewellers will launch its ₹367.18 crore IPO starting August 18 until August 20. The price band per share is ₹88 to ₹93.
This offer consists of ₹274.18 crore from a fresh issue and ₹93 crore through offer for sale. This amount of money will be utilized for working capital requirement, repayment of loans and general corporate purpose. The company produces customized handcrafted gold jewelry.
Sunshine Pictures IPO
Sunshine Pictures will launch its IPO between August 18 to August 20. The price band per share is ₹342 to ₹360, while the issue size is ₹282.14 crore.
₹112.50 crore out of the total sum raised through the offer will be utilized for working capital requirement and general corporate purposes. Sunshine Pictures makes and distributes movies and web series.
IPOs of Gaja Alternative Asset Management and Tempsens Instruments
Gaja Alternative Asset Management has scheduled its IPO of ₹550 crore starting from August 19 to August 21. The price range of the IPO is ₹152 to ₹160.
The IPO consists of the fresh issue of ₹450 crore and ONS of ₹100 crore. The proceeds of the IPO will be used by the company to pay off their debts, support new funds, and corporate purposes. Gaja Capital provides the private equity fund management in the sectors such as education, financial service, and consumer businesses.
Tempsens Instruments (India), that manufactures thermal engineering products and specialized cables, has scheduled its IPO between August 20 to August 24. But no IPO price band has been disclosed yet.
