Pune, 4 August 2026

Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys and HDFC Bank, India’s leading private sector banks, announced the successful deployment of the Finacle Wealth Management Solution to power the bank’s digital transformation initiatives. With this deployment, HDFC Bank has replaced its legacy systems, which relied heavily on manual processes, with a modern, API-driven solution that helps integrate multiple systems and streamline its domestic and offshore wealth operations. The new solution enables accelerated innovation, broader product coverage, and scalable delivery of personalized services, ensuring enhanced client experiences, relationship manager productivity, and operational effectiveness.

Key highlights of the Finacle Wealth Management Solution:

  • It empowers the bank with a unified platform covering 12 asset classes, including mutual funds, fixed income securities, held-away assets, private equity, alternate funds, structured products, insurance, as well as advanced tools for risk and goal planning.
  • The digitized margin lending feature enables real-time collateral checks, automated workflows, and smart risk controls for faster approvals and precise valuations.
  • Enhanced client engagement through tailored advice, multi-currency portfolios, and comprehensive relationship manager workbench for managing customer portfolios, transactions and reporting.
  • The seamless integration with the banking ecosystem offers real-time deal settlements, high-volume transaction processing, and automated corporate actions. Over 350 APIs are driving agility, cost savings, automated compliance, and faster product launches.
  • Enhanced operational efficiency and superior customer service through automated NAV updates, streamlined systematic plans, seamless withdrawals, and accurate reconciliations.

Rakesh K Singh, Group Head – Private Banking, International Banking, Financial Institutions and BaaS, HDFC Bank, said, “Our vision was to modernize wealth management with a unified, digital-first platform that delivers agility, efficiency, and innovation. With the Finacle Wealth Management Solution, we have consolidated our domestic and offshore businesses, automated key operations across margin lending, bonds, and mutual funds, and empowered relationship managers with real-time insights. This transformation positions us to adapt swiftly to regulatory changes, scale profitably, and deliver differentiated value to clients, driving sustainable growth in India’s evolving wealth management landscape.”

Sajit Vijayakumar, Chief Executive Officer, Infosys Finacle, said, “Wealth management in India is experiencing significant transformation, as leading institutions adopt digital solutions to create, deliver, and realize greater value. We are pleased to collaborate with HDFC Bank on this important modernization initiative, which consolidates its domestic and international wealth operations onto an advanced platform aimed at improving client engagement and supporting rapid growth. At Finacle, we are dedicated to assisting financial institutions globally in redefining wealth management through composable front-to-back-office capabilities.”
