Cygnet. One, a leading digital transformation and automation firm, on Wednesday announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with GMO GlobalSign, the oldest certificate authority globally.

Under this partnership, enterprises across India and the Middle East will be offered e-signing solutions, ensuring document authenticity and integrity with a workflow-driven solution, Cygnature.

Cygnature, a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, has features like signing workflow, document template support, QR code-based document verification, Support for multiple sign types like e-Sign, Aadhaar sign, Digital sign, UAE Pass, and Oman Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) among others.

In a press release, the company said Cygnature protects the document’s integrity with a private blockchain and digital thumbprint of document ensuring tamper-proofing along with providing a transparent and auditable trail of document transactions.

“We have observed a rise in the market & demand for a signing solution that not only provides advanced enterprise-grade security but also integrates seamlessly with blockchain technology and national ID systems like UAE Pass and Aadhar. We are excited to launch Cygnature because we believe it’s exactly what companies need right now,” Aditya Anand, General Manager at GMO GlobalSign for India and Middle East said.

Commenting on the alliance, Niraj Hutheesing, Managing Director & Founder of Cygnet. One said, “Approximately 40% of transactions still rely on physical copies. With Cygnature, our aim is to have paperless, digitally authenticated signing to ensure document authenticity. Now that we have one of the largest players as our partner with a similar vision, I’m sure together we shall be able to achieve our goal faster with their reach & expertise in the space.”
