DLF said in an exchange filing that The Aureva, its thoughtfully curated luxury residential community in Sector 63, Gurugram, has achieved a complete sell-out in the retirement segment. The project recorded sales of nearly ₹1,985 crore, underscoring strong demand for thoughtfully curated luxury retirement living communities that seamlessly integrate luxury, wellbeing, convenience, healthcare access and meaningful community engagement.

Spread across approximately 1.6870 hectares (4.17 acres), The Aureva comprises 172 luxury residences with a total carpet area of over 37,540 square meter (over 4 lakh square feet) with a total saleable area of over 7.5 lakh square feet. Designed as an exclusive enclave, the development caters to discerning homeowners seeking a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle supported by world-class amenities, wellness offerings, hospitality-inspired services, integrated healthcare access, and opportunities for meaningful social connection.

Commenting on the vision behind the project, Aakash Ohri, Managing Director and Chief Business Officer, DLF Home Developers Ltd., said: “The Aureva represents DLF’s vision of redefining luxury retirement housing in India. As expectations evolve beyond traditional markers of luxury, residents increasingly seek homes that enhance everyday life through thoughtful design, holistic wellbeing, seamless convenience, and a strong sense of community. Conceived around this understanding, The Aureva brings together wellness, hospitality, healthcare, and luxury living within a carefully curated residential ecosystem. Every element of the development has been designed to create an elegant, future-ready environment that empowers residents to embrace their next chapter with confidence, dignity, and purpose.”

Conceived as an iconic standalone tower rising G+45 floors, The Aureva offers spacious 4 BHK residences with dedicated staff dormitories, expansive private decks, premium finishes, and universally accessible design elements that enhance comfort, safety, and ease of living. Each residence is complemented by three dedicated parking spaces and access to a comprehensive suite of wellness, recreational, and lifestyle amenities.

The development has been envisioned around the principles of wellbeing, independence, and community. Residents will benefit from a holistic amenity ecosystem featuring a luxury clubhouse, fitness and wellness facilities, an indoor swimming pool, spa, yoga pavilion, meditation centre, library, banquet space, landscaped garden, outdoor gathering areas, and curated social infrastructure. A professionally managed on-site medical centre with emergency response support further strengthens the project’s integrated living proposition offering residents access to need based healthcare support within the community for greater convenience, comfort and peace of mind.
Speaking on the project’s market response, he added: ” Once again, this project’s strong market performance underscores the growing demand for premium, experienceled residential offerings in India in this segment. The enthusiasm from homebuyers reflects not only the trust customers place in the DLF brand, but also the increasing appeal of thoughtfully designed residential communities centred on wellbeing, convenience, and enriched everyday living. We believe The Aureva establishes a new benchmark in this emerging category and further reinforces DLF’s ability to anticipate evolving customer aspirations and deliver differentiated living experiences that resonate with modern homeowners.”

The Aureva has been designed in collaboration with globally renowned consultants, including HB Design as master planner, SHMA as landscape architect, BO Steiber Lighting Design, Hewshott for acoustics, and ESD Global for sustainability and green building advisory.

Situated in the heart of Gurugram’s premium residential corridor, the development combines expansive open spaces, curated landscaping, integrated healthcare infrastructure, and future-ready residences to create a distinctive luxury living destination in this segment. Strategically located in Sector 63, Gurugram, abutting The Arbour – The Aureva enjoys seamless connectivity to Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48, and the city’s leading commercial, educational, and lifestyle destinations.
