Brigade Enterprises posted a net profit Rs 236 crore in Q3 of ongoing financial year, an increase of 322% over the same period of the last year.
The total revenue of the company stood at Rs 1,530 crore during the December quarter. “Growth in the residential business continues, driven by pricing and volume, with the launch of premium projects and a strong pipeline of launches in the coming quarters. Our leasing efforts have maintained strong momentum,” Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises said.
The company has achieved a pre-sales volume of 2.19 million sq ft, delivering over 280 buildings totaling more than 90 million sq ft.
The Bengaluru-headquartered real estate firm has 24 million sq ft of ongoing projects and 15 million sq ft of upcoming launches, including 11.87 million sq ft in real estate across Chennai, Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Hyderabad.
The revenue from real estate was at Rs 1,103 crore, up by 31% compared to the same period of last year. Leasing revenue grew by 13% to Rs 280 crore during this period.
Share price of Brigade Enterprises rose 2.65% to close at Rs 1,122 at NSE on Thursday.
