AstraZeneca Pharma India Limited announced its full-year results for the financial year (FY) ended 31stMarch 2026. The Company maintained strong momentum during the year and delivered an 33% year-on-year growth in total revenue, reflecting sustained performance across its therapy areas and continued progress in bringing innovative medicines to patients in India.

During FY 2025-26, AstraZeneca India recorded total revenue from operations of INR 22,755.8 Mn, supported by continued growth in Oncology and Biopharmaceuticals, as well as progressin Rare Disease. The year was also marked by 11 new regulatory approvals for medicines and indications, underscoring the Company’s commitment to scientific innovation, bringing them to the country at an accelerated pace and its focus on addressing unmet patientneeds across India.

Our performance reflects not only commercial momentum, but also our continued commitment to creating sustainable value through innovation, responsible growth, and meaningful impact for patients, society, and theplanet.”

Key milestones: During FY ’25-26, the Company achieved several important regulatory approvals from CDSCO and business milestones that strengthened its portfolio and expanded patient accessto innovative therapies in India.

  • Durvalumab – endometrial cancer:Durvalumab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel is now indicated for first-line treatment of adults with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer who are candidates for systemic therapy; followed by maintenance treatment with Durvalumab incombination with Olaparib in endometrial cancer that is mismatch repair-proficient(pMMR).
  • Durvalumab – endometrial cancer:Durvalumab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel is now indicated for first-line treatment of adults with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer who are candidates for systemic therapy; followed by maintenance treatment with Durvalumab asmonotherapy in endometrial cancer that is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR).
  • Durvalumab – muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC):Durvalumab in combination with gemcitabine and cisplatin as neoadjuvant treatment, followed by single agent Durvalumab asadjuvant treatment following radical cystectomy, for the treatment of adult patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC).
  • Osimertinib – NSCLC:Osimertinib is indicated in combination with Pemetrexed and platinum-based chemotherapy for the first-line treatment of patients with locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC whose tumours have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations.
  • Trastuzumab deruxtecan – HER 2 low and HER 2 ultralow breast cancer:Trastuzumab deruxtecan is indicated as a monotherapy for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2- low (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+/ISH-) or HER2- ultralow (IHC0 with membrane staining) BC, who have received at least one endocrine therapyin metastatic setting.
  • Trastuzumab deruxtecan – Other Unresectable or Metastatic Solid Tumours:Trastuzumab deruxtecan is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic HER2-positive (IHC3+) solid tumours who have received prior systemic treatment and have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.
  • Osimertinib – NSCLC (stage III, monotherapy):Osimertinib as monotherapy is indicated for the treatment of patients with locally advanced, unresectable (stage III) NSCLC whose tumours have EGFR exon 19 deletions or exon 21 (L858R) substitution mutations and whose disease has not progressed during or followingplatinum-based chemoradiation therapy.
  • Benralizumab – EGPA:Benralizumab is indicated as an add-on treatment for adult patients with relapsing or refractory eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA).
  • Durvalumab – Gastric Cancer:Durvalumab in combination with fluorouracil, leucovorin, oxaliplatin and docetaxel (FLOT) chemotherapy as neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatment, followed by single-agent Durvalumab, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with resectable gastric or gastroesophagealjunction adenocarcinoma (GC/GEJC).
  • Durvalumab – Liver Cancer:Durvalumab is indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) who have not received prior systemic therapy.
  • Datopotamab Deruxtecan – Breast Cancer: Datopotamab Deruxtecan is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic, hormone receptor (HR)-positive,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative (IHC 0, IHC 1+ or IHC 2+/ISH-) breast cancer who have received prior endocrine-based therapy and chemotherapy for unresectable or metastatic disease.
