Juspay, a global payments technology company, reported revenue of ₹664 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), up 30% from ₹514 crore in FY25. Revenue has more than tripled from ₹213 crore in FY23, a compound annual growth rate of approximately 46%.
Daily transactions on Juspay’s platform rose to 400 million during the year, for brands including Agoda, Amazon, Decathlon, Flipkart, Google, HSBC, IKEA, IndiGo, LATAM Airlines, Recurly, super.money, Swiggy, Wego, Zeptoand Zurich Insurance.
Juspay also accelerated its international expansion during FY26, strengthening its presence across APAC, Europe, US, Latin America, and the Middle East. Juspay powers payments for more than 500 enterprises globally with an annualised total payment volume of more than $1 trillion with 99.999% reliability.
FY26 was also a year of continued investment in AI and open-source infrastructure, as Juspay expanded its capabilities across enterprise AI, customer experiences and payment intelligence. These investments include:
- Xyne, an open-source, model-agnostic and data-sovereign Enterprise AI platform developed on a Unix-like architecture. It enables organisations to build AI applications and agents around their own organisational context while retaining control over their data and flexibility in their choice of models;
- Breeze Buddy, a no-code AI voice platform that enables enterprises to build conversational workflows for use cases such as customer support, feedback and verification;
- Breeze Universal, which enables brand discovery and agentic commerce across AI platforms and 1st-party surfaces of merchants and banks;
- Juspay Genius, an AI-powered payment intelligence product that enables enterprise teams to manage their entire payments operations in an AI-native way, including analytics, routing rules, etc.
Juspay remained adjusted EBITDA positive in FY26 at ₹33 crore, excluding non-cash ESOP costs, even as it stepped up investment in its next phase of growth. The company reported a net loss of ₹90 crore for FY26. During the year, Juspay invested in expanding its international operations and building new AI capabilities, including Xyne. The company also continued to strengthen its core technology and payment infrastructure to support the next phase of digital payments, including agentic commerce and AI driven payment experiences.
