UCO Bank, a public sector lender based in Kolkata, reported a 23% rise in net profit, reaching ₹801 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026. Despite this positive profit growth, the bank’s income declined to ₹7,365 crore from ₹8,137 crore in the same period of the previous fiscal year. Interest income increased by 8.4%, but the overall income decrease was due to a drop in other operational revenue streams. The board has also recommended a dividend payout of ₹0.44 per share.
UCO Bank was trading 0.49% up at Rs 26.60 at 1.20 PM (IST) on Monday in NSE.
