Netweb Technologies has ventured into the rapidly growing AI infrastructure segment. The company, founded in Faridabad, announced that it has launched highly advanced AI supercomputing solutions using NVIDIA’s Sovereign AI technology. This is a significant development for Netweb as it aims to increase its foothold in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence solutions.

As a part of this launch, Netweb has launched two significant products: the Tyrone Camarero Spark and the Tyrone Supercomputing Systems. These systems are developed using NVIDIA’s latest Grace Blackwell technology, which is famous for its ability to provide high-performance AI capabilities with enhanced energy efficiency.

As stated by Netweb, the Tyrone Camarero Spark is the world’s smallest AI supercomputer. It is developed on the NVIDIA DGX Spark platform and is fueled by the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. Despite being the smallest AI supercomputer in the world, this system provides high computing power. It provides 1 PetaFlop (FP4) performance right out of the box. The system is only 5.9 x 5.9 x 2 inches in size and requires only 240 watts of power.

To appreciate how advanced this is, it is necessary to compare it with previous systems. In 2016, a system with a similar level of performance, with 170 TeraFlops (FP16) and 128GB of memory, consumed close to 3200 watts of power. This comparison indicates how far AI hardware has come in terms of power efficiency and performance.

The Tyrone Supercomputing Systems are based on the NVIDIA GB200 NVL4 platform. These systems are made in India as part of the “Make in India” initiative. They come with NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, NVIDIA Grace CPUs, NVIDIA networking, CUDA-X libraries, and a full AI software stack. These systems are meant for AI developers, research organizations, businesses, and government initiatives.

The competition in the AI industry is heating up. Large companies like Infosys have partnered with Anthropic, while other companies have signed agreements with OpenAI to enhance their AI capabilities. This is an indication that many companies are in a race to develop robust AI infrastructure.
