- LTTS wins $100 million deal from US-based industrial equipment manufacturer
L&T Technology Services on Wednesday said it has secured a USD 100 million (about Rs 886 crore) multi-year agreement from a US-based industrial equipment manufacturer. The deal is with a client catering to the semiconductor value chain, the company said without revealing the name of the client.
2. Newgen Software Technologies has won deals worth around Rs 150 crore in recent months
Newgen Software has announced a series of global wins across subsidiaries, with aggregate deal value exceeding USD 16.7 million (Rs 150 crore) in recent months, ICICI Direct said in a report. The company bagged a USD 5.64 million (Rs 50 crore) order from eProcess International Ghana Ltd. for a loan management system, a KWD 1.74 million (~USD 5.6 million/ Rs 50 crore) project in Kuwait, and a £2.99 million (~USD 3.7 million/ Rs 32.8 crore)) contract with Wipro Financial Outsourcing in the UK. Additionally, its U.S. subsidiary signed a USD 1.64 million (Rs 14.5 crore) agreement with a Caribbean bank to provide a modernized enterprise content management and customer communication management platform.
3. Capgemini India announces new CEO from January 2026
Capgemini on Wednesday said that Sanjay Chalke, who is currently India Chief Operating Officer (COO), will become the CEO of Capgemini in India from January 1, 2026. Current CEO, Ashwin Yardi will be retiring from the Group to become non-executive Chairman of the board of Capgemini in India, effective from January 1, 2026, the company said.
