TAC Security has reached another milestone by becoming an ioXt Authorized Lab. This achievement places TAC Security among an elite group of only eight companies worldwide authorized to conduct IoT Security Assessments under the prestigious ioXt Certification Program.

This recognition enables TAC Security to offer IoT Security Assessments for connected devices, ensuring they meet the highest global standards for security, transparency, and upgradability. With plans to integrate these assessments into its ESOF Vulnerability Management Portfolio, the company is set to roll out this service in February 2025, addressing the growing demand for secure IoT solutions.

Driving Innovation in IoT Security
Speaking on this development, Saransh Rawat, Chief Technology Officer of TAC Security, said, “IoT devices are critical to the digital future but remain highly vulnerable to cyber threats. Being approved as an ioXt Authorized Lab empowers us to ensure manufacturers and enterprises meet global security benchmarks. This milestone is a significant leap in our journey to become the world’s largest vulnerability management company.”

The expansion into IoT security enhances TAC Security’s ability to offer a comprehensive risk management platform for IT, OT, and IoT ecosystems. With its portfolio already boasting industry-leading certifications like ISO 17025, CREST, CERT-IN, and others, TAC Security remains at the forefront of advanced cybersecurity solutions.

Strengthening TAC Security’s Global Impact
This strategic move aligns with TAC Security’s goal of reaching 10,000 global customers by March 2026. The company continues to expand its reach, having recently onboarded 331 new clients in November across 42 countries, demonstrating steady progress toward its target of 3,000 clients by March 2025.

Founder and CEO Trishneet Arora remarked, “Becoming an ioXt Authorized Lab is a testament to TAC Security’s expertise, cutting-edge infrastructure, and commitment to global security benchmarks. Mastering advanced techniques like firmware analysis and chip-level security underscores our dedication to protecting the connected ecosystem.”

Why IoT Security Matters
With an estimated 25.4 billion IoT devices expected by 2030 and a projected market value of $59 billion, the need for robust IoT security has never been greater. TAC Security’s innovative solutions aim to address critical vulnerabilities across sectors such as smart cities, healthcare, industrial automation, and smart homes.
