Sonata Software has been selected as a Strategic IT outsourcing partner by a prominent US-based Healthcare and Wellness company. This partnership, finalized in June 2024 after a thorough evaluation process, was highlighted during Sonata’s Q1FY25 earnings call on July 31, 2024.

The client is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to vulnerable and underserved patient populations, including those in complex clinical and behavioral health settings. Their mission is to enhance health outcomes through comprehensive, patient-centered programs.

Under this new agreement, Sonata Software will focus on two main objectives: enhancing IT budget optimization and cost efficiency through systemic improvements and engineering innovations, and modernizing the client’s technology infrastructure. This modernization will involve leveraging Enterprise data, Artificial Intelligence, and hyper-automation to improve both patient-facing systems and back-office operations.

Samir Dhir, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sonata Software, commented, “The Healthcare and Life Sciences sector is a strategic priority for us. We are honored to partner with leading Fortune 500 and Global2000 companies to advance the care continuum. This significant deal highlights our commitment to using our deep engineering expertise to tackle complex challenges in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector and demonstrates our competitive edge in this field.”

Sonata Software’s targeted investments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) vertical are proving fruitful, contributing to its rapid growth. As part of its ambitious five-year plan to achieve $1.5 billion in annual revenue, Sonata’s strategic focus on HLS is already delivering significant results, positioning it as one of the company’s fastest-growing business units.
