Global AI Safety startup Inspeq AI today said that its Responsible AI Operations (RAIOps) platform is now available on Salesforce AppExchange, enabling organizations to integrate cutting-edge AI Ops solutions seamlessly.

Salesforce AppExchange is the world’s leading enterprise cloud marketplace, serving over 300,000 enterprise customers worldwide. Inspeq AI is the first RAIOps platform to launch on AppExchange.

“Starting today, over 150,000 Salesforce clients can seamlessly integrate our world-class Responsible AIOps platform into their workflows,” said Apoorva Kumar, Cofounder and CEO Inspeq AI. “We are also proud to support Salesforce’s Zero Carbon mission by offering our platform that operates with 90% less CO₂ emissions compared to other LLM-based solutions. “This launch marks another big step for us towards advancing AI safety and performance on a global scale, empowering businesses around the world to unlock the full potential of their Generative AI initiatives safely and responsibly.”

“We want to get a billion agents with our customers in the next twelve months,” said Marc Benioff at Dreamforce 2024. “These billion agents must be 100% responsible and trustworthy,” added Cyril Treacy, CGO of Inspeq AI and former VP at Salesforce.

Inspeq is rated the number one Responsible AI software by Tracxn and is well-positioned to help Salesforce customers scale agents in regulated industries. “With Inspeq AI, they can build 100% reliable and trustworthy agents they are proud of—agents that comply with the EU AI Act while lowering costs and CO2 emissions, as we don’t use LLMs to evaluate LLMs,” Treacy added.

Inspeq AI’s platform helps optimize Gen AI production and development, helping large organisations streamline processes, enhance reliability, and foster AI-enabled innovation. The full-stack LLM Ops platform addresses key challenges in AI production, ensuring models are optimised for deployment while maintaining ethical and responsible AI practices.

It promises to make Gen AI app development up to 4X faster and cut down development costs by up to 70%. It also makes Gen AI apps up to 90% more reliable, helping protect enterprises from loss of trust and reputational damage, as well as harsh regulatory penalties that can go as high as €35 million as per the EU AI Act. The platform promises to do all this while still consuming 90% less CO2 than any other LLM based inspection platform.

Salesforce AppExchange is home to over 7,000 apps and solutions that help businesses enhance productivity and drive results. With Inspeq AI’s launch, customers across diverse industries—from healthcare to finance to retail—can harness state-of-the-art AI tools to transform their operations.
