Samsung Electronics announced the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S11, delivering its most intelligent and advanced tablet experience yet. Powered by the latest Galaxy AI, enhanced by One UI 8 and new multimodal capabilities, Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is the thinnest Galaxy Tab to date, without compromising performance. The series is built for productivity on the go, combining pro-grade hardware with experiences optimized for a large screen.

With upgraded Samsung DeX and a redesigned S Pen, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra supports multitasking and seamless workflows, while also enabling creative expression in a sleek, portable form. Whether capturing ideas in a meeting, summarizing notes or sketching concepts, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra helps users handle more with less friction.

“The Galaxy Tab S11 series combines AI innovation with refined hardware to deliver a true multitasking experience,” said Jay Kim, Executive Vice President, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics. “With Galaxy AI and new multimodal capabilities, these flagship tablets enable efficiency – empowering users to work, create and flow more naturally.”

Powering Everyday Tasks With AI
With One UI 8, the Galaxy Tab S11 series brings multimodal AI to the forefront – understanding what users type, say and see, and responding in real time.

Gemini Live enables real-time screen sharing and visual input, so users can have natural conversations about what they’re viewing. For example, a student can screen share notes, then ask Gemini to interpret a chart or summarize material. By holding the side button, users can activate Gemini and carry out commands across apps with a single request – such as summarizing an article and saving it to Samsung Notes.

Additional tools include:

  • Drawing Assist – turns rough sketches into clean visuals.
  • Writing Assist – refines tone and style.
  • Floating AI Overlay – summarize screen content without breaking focus.
  • Circle to Search with Google – provides instant context and on-screen translations.

The redesigned S Pen features a cone-shaped tip for better control and a hexagonal design for comfort. Quick Tools allow easy adjustments, while Sticky Note lets users capture thoughts directly over Samsung Notes.

Full-Scale Productivity
Enhanced Samsung DeX unlocks extended dual-screen mode with external monitors, supporting drag-and-drop between displays. Users can also create up to four customized workspaces. Combined with Book Cover Keyboard Slim, the Galaxy Tab S11 series transforms into a mobile workstation with instant AI access via the Galaxy AI Key.

Made To Perform, Built To Move
The Galaxy Tab S11 series introduces Samsung’s 3nm processor, delivering faster performance and more responsive AI. Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra features NPU improvements of 33%, CPU 24% and GPU 27%. A slim 5.1 mm build with narrow bezels and Dynamic AMOLED 2X display offers up to 1600 nits brightness for vivid visuals anywhere.

Tools That Fit the Way Users Work
The Galaxy Tab S11 series supports third-party apps like Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, LumaFusion and Notion, with exclusive offers for Galaxy users. Additional tools include Noteshelf 3, ArcSite, Sketchbook and Picsart – covering note-taking, design, art and AI-powered creativity.

Launching with One UI 8, the Galaxy Tab S11 series delivers a seamless, intelligent AI experience. One UI 8 will expand to previous Galaxy devices, including Tab S10, starting in October.

Availability
The Galaxy Tab S11 series will be available starting September 4 in select markets, in Gray and Silver.
