Excelsoft Technologies, a leading provider of technology-driven learning solutions, has announced the appointment of Doreswamy P as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately.
Doreswamy has over 25 years of experience in technology, services, and financial management. He had held senior leadership roles at ISS, Quess Corp, SMS, and KPIT in previous stints.
He was previously associated with Excelsoft Technologies Limited as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, where he played a crucial role in strengthening corporate governance and supporting the company’s IPO journey.
Excelsoft Tech got listed in the Indian exchanges last year. The share price of Excelsoft closed at Rs 70.11 in NSE on Friday, which was around 44% fall from its listing price.
