Logistics firm, Delhivery on Saturday announced that it would aquire Ecom Express Limited, a rival logistics solutions provider, for a cash consideration of up to Rs 1,407 crore (around $170 million). Against the backdrop of this M&A deal, Delhivery’s Q3 FY25 performance provides a good view about the financial health of the company.
