Axiscades Technologies has announced that its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions, has won a home order worth around ₹25 crores from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for the delivery of Single Board Computers. The order will be implemented over several years and will help support the LCA Mk1A program.
As per the agreement, Mistral Solutions will deliver the systems from the newly established DAL (Devanahalli Atmanirbhar Complex) facility of AXISCADES at the Bangalore Aerospace Park, which is located in close proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport. The company has clarified that the awarding party is of a domestic nature and that the promoter group, as well as the group companies, have no stake in the matter. The transaction does not fall under the category of a related party transaction.
Speaking about the deal, C. Manikandan, the CEO of Mistral Solutions, said, “This is a testament to the increasing contribution of our group to the Make in India initiative.”
