CrowdStrike announced a partnership with CyberCert to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Australia and New Zealand strengthen cybersecurity and accelerate readiness for SMB1001 certification. By combining the AI-native CrowdStrike Falcon® platform with CyberCert’s certification services, the partnership gives Managed Security Services Partners (MSSPs) a new way to deliver enterprise-grade protection while helping SMB customers demonstrate and advance their cybersecurity maturity.
SMBs face the same increasingly sophisticated threats as larger enterprises, often without the security resources and expertise to defend against them. SMB1001 provides a multi-level, globally recognised certification framework designed specifically for SMBs to assess and progressively strengthen their cybersecurity maturity. Together, CrowdStrike and CyberCert are pairing AI-powered protection with CyberCert’s certification expertise to give SMBs a practical path to stronger security and certification readiness.
For a limited time, qualifying customers and MSSPs will have access to complimentary SMB1001 certification credits. The offering enables MSSPs to combine Falcon-powered managed security services with CyberCert’s SMB1001 certification services, expanding their ability to deliver advanced cybersecurity to SMB customers at scale.
“SMBs face increasingly sophisticated AI threats without the security resources of the world’s largest enterprises,” said Jon Fox, Vice President of Channels and Alliances, CrowdStrike Japan and Asia Pacific. “Together with CyberCert, we’re giving MSSPs a powerful way to bring enterprise-grade, AI-native protection to more SMBs while helping customers advance their cybersecurity maturity.”
“Today’s threat landscape demands SMBs strengthen their cybersecurity while keeping pace with evolving standards,” said Ryan Ettridge, Co-Founder and CEO of CyberCert. “By partnering with CrowdStrike, we’re enabling MSSPs to help SMBs progress toward SMB1001 certification while building stronger cyber defences with the Falcon platform.”
