For this week, the Indian primary market will be quite active, with the listing of six different IPOs. The companies are Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers, Skyways Air Services, Annu Projects, Lumino Industries, and Priority Jewels.

Apart from this, several SME IPOs will hit the market this week. They will include Madhur Knit Crafts, ABH Healthcare, Sumax Engineering, Complete Sports & Management India, Paluck Technologies, and Kwick Forensic Solutions. On the other hand, some of the companies that are set to be listed on the stock market will include Lalithaa Jewellery, Horizon Industrial Parks, Shankesh Jewellers, Sunshine Pictures, Tempsens Instruments (India), Fascinate Textiles, Mopshop Distribution, and Dhanwel Hybrid Seeds.

Symbiotec Pharmalab Initial Public Offering

Symbiotec Pharmalab will begin its IPO on August 24 and end on August 27. The corporation plans to raise ₹1,757 crore, which comprises ₹150 crore through fresh issue of stocks and ₹1,607 crore through offers from current shareholders.

The price per share will be set at ₹938 to ₹988. A single lot comprises 15 shares. The corporation plans to use the raised capital mainly to pay off its debts and other operational purposes.

Symbiotec Pharmalab is headquartered in Indore and operates in the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology industry segments. The corporation specializes in biotechnology, organic chemistry, and complex injectables.

Hy-Tech Engineers IPO

Hy-Tech Engineers will also launch their IPO from August 24 to August 27. The issue will be priced between ₹50 and ₹53 per share. The IPO size is ₹135.73 crore.

₹60 crore will be raised through fresh issues and ₹75.73 crore will be raised through selling of equity by the existing promoters.

₹29.96 crore will be utilized for purchase of machinery and equipment for expansion of their business and ₹16 crore will be utilized for repayment of borrowings. Rest of the funds will be utilized for general corporate purposes.

Hy-Tech Engineers produces hydraulic fittings and cater to the industrial sector in India and other countries. They have six manufacturing plants in India.

IPO of Skyways Air Services

The IPO of Skyways Air Services will open on August 24 and end on August 27. The price range is ₹131 to ₹138 per equity share, and a lot consists of 100 equity shares.

It plans to raise ₹582.80 crore. The fund will be used for debt repayment, working capital requirement, and general corporate purposes.

Skyways Air Services is a logistics company. It offers air and sea freight, warehousing, customs services, trucking, and express delivery service.

IPO of Annu Projects

Annu Projects’ IPO will be opened from August 25 and closed on August 28. The price range is ₹94 to ₹99 per equity share, and the issue size is ₹175 crore.

The entire issue will consist of fresh issuance of shares. ₹115 crore will be used for working capital requirements and ₹15 crore for acquisition of machinery. The balance of funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Established in the year 2003, Annu Projects is engaged in infrastructure projects involving sewerage, telecom, gas pipelines, and railway signalling systems.

Lumino Industries IPO

Lumino Industries will open its IPO from August 27 to August 31. The price range will be from ₹78 to ₹82 per share.

The purpose of the funds received through IPO will be used for debt repayment, buying machinery and improving factories, among others.

Lumino Industries was established in 2005. The company produces power cables, electrical wires, conductors and other products in the power transmission and distribution industry.

Priority Jewels IPO

Priority Jewels will open its IPO on August 28 and will end on September 1. Priority Jewels aims to raise ₹91.50 crore through issuance of new shares.

The price range will be ₹190 to ₹200 per share and will have 75 shares in one lot. The proceeds of the IPO will be primarily used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes.

Priority Jewels manufactures jewelry with diamonds studded in gold and platinum.

All things considered, the current week is going to be an important one in terms of the IPO market, with a number of companies representing various industries issuing their stocks. It is necessary to analyze the IPO thoroughly before making any investments.
