NMDC has announced a reduction in iron ore prices effective July 10, 2026, according to an exchange filing.
The state-owned miner cut the price of Baila Lump Ore (65.5% Fe, 10–40 mm) to ₹5,450 per tonne from ₹5,700 per tonne, a decline of ₹250 per tonne.
Similarly, the price of Baila Fines (64% Fe, -10 mm) was reduced to ₹4,700 per tonne from ₹4,850 per tonne, down ₹150 per tonne.
The price revision comes amid ongoing monitoring of domestic steel demand and global iron ore market trends. The new prices will be applicable from July 10, 2026.
