Dixon Technologies has signed definitive agreements with Vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. (VMI) to establish a joint venture for manufacturing smartphones and other electronic devices in India. The partnership, which has received government approval under Press Note 3 of 2020, marks a significant step in expanding Dixon’s manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its position in India’s Android smartphone ecosystem.
