Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (Canara Robeco AMC) announced an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, equivalent to 15% of the face value of ₹10 per share.

The decision was taken at the Board meeting held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, and the dividend will be payable to shareholders whose names appear in the Company’s Register of Members and to beneficial owners recorded with depositories as of the record date, December 22, 2025.

This interim dividend highlights Canara Robeco AMC’s commitment to rewarding shareholders and reflects the company’s stable performance.
