IndiGo has submitted a Press Statement to the stock exchanges, confirming significant operational improvements as it works to restore full network stability after the recent disruptions.
In its December 7, 2025 update, the airline reported steady progress:
- 1,650+ flights expected today, up from ~1,500 yesterday
- On-Time Performance at 75%, a sharp rise from ~30% yesterday
- Refund and baggage processes fully active, for both direct and indirect bookings
- Earlier cancellation decisions, enabling faster customer communication
IndiGo said it is “working relentlessly” to stabilize operations, with customer experience remaining the priority. The airline now expects to stabilize the network by December 10, earlier than the previously indicated December 10–15 window.
