Happiest Minds Technologies has announced the launch of its new GenAI chatbot – ‘hAPPI’, developed by its Generative AI Business Services (GBS) unit for Happiest Health.
Happiest Health is a global health & wellness knowledge enterprise promoted by Happiest Minds’ promoter, Ashok Soota. It provides health and wellness information with views from globally renowned experts and doctors.
The newly launched Generative AI-powered chatbot will redefine the way individuals engage in health and wellness knowledge conversations, the company said in a press release. ‘hAppI’ will provide personalized and informative interactions to users in the healthcare domain, it added.

Gen AI is the emerging technology domain in the technology industry on which most IT firms are investing heavily. Some IT firms have also started giving revenue estimates coming from Gen AI offerings.
